I have the same issue with my S20 FE. Last week i did a restart; worked fine for a couple of days but today the problem is back. So there is a bug which needed to be fixed with the next update

I have the same issue with my Note20 ultra after updating to android 13. A Samsung technician recommended to make a backup and then factory reset. Have someone tried this? I didn't yet.

I have the same device and the same problem. Samsung technician told me to create a backup and after to reset device. I didn't tried it... yet.

Personally I wouldn't...why the hustle of backing up over 200GB of data🤷🏿♂️.
They should work on an update with a fix.

Hello
So I've updated my S21 Ultra to OneUi 5.0 and Android 13, the october update and I have been having the same problem for over a week now.
Everytime I restart the phone, the problem goes away for few minutes or hours.
Today I tried to into Safe mode and see what happens. Even though I had the problem the moment I updated the phone. No new apps installed in between.
Magically the problem went away with the safe mode. I let it go for about 3 or 4 hours. So I went into normal mode.
So far, the problem didn't return.
I wanted to share with you my experience. Maybe it will help. I'll update my message if the problem resurface ( hopefully no )

Nevermind ... I woke up today to the same problem once again.

December update seems to have fixed it for me
