Android 12 Update no contacts in car

Hi,

After new update, in my car disapper contacts.

I have cancell pairing from the car and in the phone, but nothing change.

First I can listen messages from my car, now nothing.

Someone can help me?

Hi, tried and does not work.  I am trying to transfer contacts from Samsung Galaxy S21 FE to Toyota C-HR, bluetooth connects my phone.  Then the car says “refreshing” and nothing else happens.  When I try to download contacts (90), message “ downloading coctacts and after an hour, the next day, etc., still the same message and contacts will not download.

Any other suggestions?  Thanks.

I, actually, found the solution in my car.

Under settings, phone, menu, there was a check box for "privacy mode". I unchecked the box and my contacts were there.

2 years after your pit but, thank you. Changing AVRCP to 1.6 worked.

The fix worked for loading the contacts to my 2012 vw scirocco but I still can't get the call logs. Anyone got a fix for that?

That's 2 years old, nevertheless maybe this can be useful: me too had no luck doing PBAP version to 1.1 and then again to 1.2. But changing to 1.1, apply (and stop) worked in my 2019 Grand Scenic IV.
