Will the samsung tab s9 fe+ be getting update 6.1 including AI features

Unfortunately the fe version isnt getting the AI features. Only the s9, s9+ and s9u.

i think its to do with each devices processing power.

According to the Sammobile.com site it lists on what devices are getting the AI and c yes your tablet being the S9fe+ is differently getting the feature. You should always check his site for any news.

I have raised this with our product specialists, and I can confirm that the Tab S9 FE+ is not eligible to receive the One UI 6.1 update. Apologies for any confusion surrounding this matter.
