Accidental touch protection problem

One UI 5 Android 13 

I had mega problems with accidental touch protection. I got stuck on this screen and couldn't get out of it. I couldn't even reboot. I struggled for long minutes and finally got out of it. The first thing I did then is to de-tick accidental touch protection 😀

 I don't think it is the update because I've been on Android 13 for weeks without any problem

I normally smash the phone on the table really hard and then try again, try not to smash the glass, it's a samsung clutch they can't fix

Give us a puzzle to solve but take this s***** swipe away. Its horrible whenever I take mobile phone for some urgent work this thing just embarrassing me in front of everyone. Everyone would be like time to upgrade to iphone. I see people are commenting on this since such a long time now but Samsung  still haven't addressed this small feature. Thats little intriguing.

Honestly, when things are working fine and people are liking it why do they complicate it unnecessarily.

I also have S2p plus 5G, and having same problem with the ATP. Till now there is no solution

Same here on both Samsungs, locked out for an hour when I needed to get my daughter in the dark zero degrees. Right ***** take

Had the Accidental Touch Protection problem first time today. Couldn't get it to dismiss, then tried swiping it with the stylus. Worked. Not all phones have a stylus, but if you do, try that.
