Hi, I am facing the exact same issue as well. Since the last few updates.

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s21-series/s21-loses-4g-connectivity/td-p/3951907/

The same is discussed in this thread too.

No fix whatsoever

I am having the same issue with both 4G and 5G connectivity, I also have 5G home internet with Telstra and the device seems to drop out with that connection too. I have the S21 Ultra 256GB and have tried resetting network settings, wiped cache, replaced physical sim, tried with esim and even performed a factory reset 2 days ago - still having the same issue.

Pretty disappointing as I am a huge advocate of your brand. Please fix this one asap as I am heavily considering going to Apple after a solid decade (or longer) with Samsung.

Hello,

I have the same issue since 2 months now (Samsung S21 Ultra). Can't figure out why. Connection is shutting down after a few minutes, or longer but very often below 12 minutes, even while I am not moving and comes back after a while. Can't call, use internet.

When shutting down, 4G is still showing "on" and the network shows to be ok. I also tried to move not far from an antenna. Nothing helps.

I switched my sim card in another old phone and everything is working perfectly. The problem occurs also with my second sim card (from another country).

anyone has found somethings or is there a fix?

Same here, nothing helps.

Only solution when I use s21 ultra as tethering is to swap sim card from it in my old s10e, than everything work non stop, no losing internet evey 10minutes or so.

I had this issue on my S22 after an update to android 13. The connection dropped from 4G+ to 4G, it didn't go back to 4G+ when browsing as it should and internet  connection was lost and didn't come back until I rebooted. What seems to have fixed it for me, strangely enough, was to disable "dual SIM always on". Before I disabled that my connection would drop out at least 10x daily but it now has been 3 days without a single drop. I also see 4G going back to 4G+ now when I browse, as before. This is an old thread I know, but it might help someone experiencing this problem. It's worth a shot

Hi all. I'm glad to say that my device has finally fixed itself.

I had been suffering from this issue for almost a year now, and I have tried most of the recommended fixes suggested here but none of them worked. However, just a month ago, the network carrier that I'm on (Airtel, India) had launched 5G widely across the country. Since then, my phone no longer looks for network connectivity and works smoothly. I believe it has to be this, cause I have been updating my software regularly and the fix didn't not happen then.

Hope its getting better for you all, aswell.
