Persistent FN key lock state on Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360

I would like the function key lock to remain in it's set state after reboot. Most other laptopts have this feature in BIOS to set the default state of fn key lock. Whenever I reboot my device the fn key state gets reset to F1, F2... and so on. Is there a BIOS update or software control option that I can enable to always remember the FN key lock state?
