Galaxy Book Pro 360: Since the Windows update on Friday 10.06. Apps (Zoom, voice recorder, Google) can no longer access the microphone. Before the update, this was possible without any problems.
Has anyone encountered the same error and found a solution?

Sounds like the driver "broke". Go to Device Manager and search for the Microphone. Is there a warning? Should be under "Audio"

Thank you for your help.

No warnings are displayed in the device manager.

A micro test is also successful. Wowever no app can access the microphone. Although this is enabled in the operating system.

So the privacy settings are correct?
Settings -> Privacy -> Microphone -> Allow Apps to use the Microphone.

Yes, the settings are correct. All apps allowed to access the microfon.

Then try Uninstalling the microphone. To do this, go to the device manager again and find the microphone. Right click it and then select "Uninstall Device". If it prompts you asking to uninstall the driver as well, do that too. Then restart the computer. After that, go back into the device manager and search for new devices. You can then install the most current driver again.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device serveral times. I also downloaded the latest drivers directly from Samsung. The error remains.

It is not possible to uninstall the update. I had factory reset the notebook. After that, the mic worked flawlessly again.
