Work profile - silencing keyboard

Hi, I have the S24 Ultra and I always have my keyboard on silent but I can't seem to silence it on my work profile. I have googled it many times and I always get to the same answer about if I use the same keyboard as on my private profile it will silence it, but no go. Does anyone have any ideas.
