Depends on your budget and what you want from a smartwatch. Naturally the Galaxy Smartwatchs will work with all the features with the S22 Ultra I'm looking at getting the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic myself at some point soon. But check out reviews on watches to see what meets your requirements
I wouldn't get a smart watch to monitor health conditions. Monitoring for conditions like this need to be with certified medical equipment in conjunction with a doctor. All Smart watches provide a guide to help you as part of a healthy lifestyle But I think the new watches have a function to provide a type of blood pressure measurement
I use a withings scanwatch to monitor my heart rate as I have AF and use other withings devices e.g wireless BPM for blood pressure, sleep monitor and scales, which all update an app on my phone. I wouldn't trust a watch for blood pressure. I get the same brand so they interact with each other and the app can print reports that you can take with you for review meetings with your Dr etc. As pointed out already you should only see data from wearables as helpful info and are not a substitute for medical monitoring as accuracy can be limited. If you look on the NHS website you can find a list of recognised devices, some of which are used in the NHS. The devices can provide early warning but should only ever be a prompt to get checked properly by a Dr should a reading look odd. Hope this helps
Don't rely on a smartwatch for serious health conditions that are life threatening! You need special medical grade equipment for such readings and warnings. But if you still want a smartwatch for general thing's then I can recommend one to you depending on your budget, wrist size, lifestyle and what you do for a living. So let me know
