Apparently this facility is only available in Android 9 or lower! *****...who designed the latest android software without this vital facility?
WhatsApp docs state that popup notification is available on Android 9 or lower only. This implies that the feature must have been removed in Android 10.
It says I can send feedback from Settings to let the relevant development team know that this is feature is important but I cant see where in Settings I can do so?.
