My son's S21 does not notifying him when either my husband or I send a whatsapp message. From other contacts he gets notifications.
We have tried all the usual things, muted notifications, sound set to none, blocked contacts etc.
I have emptied the cache and reset the apps in settings. Deleted the contact and even when sending a message with me not in his contacts still doesn't notify him.
What else can we try?
