My WhatsApp web doesn't work when my S21 ultra is on mobile data and phone is locked, however seems to work no problem when phone is connected to WiFi and locked help please!!

I think the WhatsApp web establishes a connection to your phone by both devices being on the same WiFi network..

never been like that, spoke to samsung tec team and they talked me through it
