Hi I keep having issues with a voucher code given to me by Samsung shop uk onlinr as a goodwill gesture.
Everytime I enter the code it says it does not correspond to the emait was sent to. All my details are correct and I've been back and forth on the phone and live chat to Samsung support for the last 4 works. They are absolutely shocking in not sorting this out. Anyone having or had the same issues
Yea mate a havnt even been able to set it up had to make alsort of accounts just to get to wear a am and still no idea on how to get the earphone accessories for this yet they told what eh do but didn't have this running was in old phone and but put it in this because my 5gsim was coming up no service
