Voicemail.?

Hi everyone,  can someone  pls tell me how I set up voicemail on my 2017 samsung J3 mobile. I have tried holding button 1 down  , but there is just silence . I have dialed 222 but again silence . If anyone has any ideas i would be grateful .

Voicemail is a network feature. Who is your network provider? 222 I'm guessing is EE?

Text VM on to 150 to make sure it's active feature on account.

Ah okay. Yeah just checked on Google that Virgin's voicemail number is also 222. Might not be activated on your account... Hopefully after the call to their C.S it will start.

Under call settings - voicemail... you can input 222 as the default Voicemail number for easy access to by holding down too.

Ty , just tried messaging 150 but says failed , I didnt realise voicemail was the network provider. I will give them a ring . Thankyou for your help , Enjoy your afternoon . 👋
