Hi,
Why my phone displays some memory usage in the last 3 hours from apps I haven't used today?
In this case:
Soundcloud, Smart Things, and Secure Folder.
I also checked Facebook and Messenger's memory usage when I woke up in the morning, and it says those apps have used some MB in the last 3 hours, when I was sleeping.
Is this normal? I haven't opened those apps at that time.
Secure Folder is supposed to be private, why is using memory when I didn't open it?
I hope you can solve my doubt.
Phone:
Samsung Galaxy S20+

This is if a notification comes in you will see it. Also to keep information updated so you won't have to wait for an app to load when you want to use it.
Some apps will also run in the background for operational purposes.
Things like Facebook tend to work in the background a lot and can use a fair bit of your battery life.
Apps you don't use you can put to sleep and some can be adjusted.
