Unable to back up lost encryption key

Anyone else stuck in this loop?

I've lost the key so I'm not able to back or restore. I've visited Samsungs data privacy and deleted cloud but still same problem.

Anyone mange to find a way around it

You might need to contact samaung support and have them delete it.
