Is Samsung Wallet two-step Verification saved across devices? 

If I switch to a new phone, will the authentication feature still be on my new phone? Will I need to set it up again?

The two-step verification feature works in conjunction with the mobile number you registered in the first instance, therefore, if you're using the same number, the feature should carry across to your new phone. Hope this helps!
