Found out about this no nonsense basic Google gallery app that people seem to love as its as Minimalistic an app you could get with ' Less is Better '

Apparently it's from google's go family apps.

Yes,it's nice, but this is NOT backup  of your photos, it's only can replace Samsung Gallery,  which is in my opinion better then Google Gallery app. 🙃😉

It's all about pure minimalistic simplicity of just enjoying your photos as is 😊

Well, I wouldn't really agree that this is a good option for all those who pay for backup in the original size, since this gallery (intended for phones with very little internal memory) compresses photos to get as much space as possible on the phone. This is certainly not a good recommendation for Samsung's flagships that have up to 1 TB of storage. For some A0x, A1x, A2x it is quite ok 😊

I have tried it but if you back up to Google photos you can use that as your gallery. I used Google photos and the Samsung gallery to edit photos. Also occasionally use galaxy EnhanceX and Snapseed. Snapseed is also a free Google photo editing app.

Agreed, I use the Samsung gallery for my photo's and editing, I tried the Google version, and it only transferred about 7 of my albums. Stick to Samsung. 😉 Xxx
