Hi, I am using Samsung Health as part of a weight loss program and general health improvement. While the app on the whole is great I thought that the food and calory intake recording ability was limited and so linked to lifesum which has a photo and barcode option to record meals.
This app then automatically sends the information to SH. However it seems that SH then does not analyse the data and break it down into micronutrients as it does with data entred directly. I need to know if my new diet is leaving me short anywhere in vitamins and minerals.
Is there a way round this?
Thanks.

I think it would be better to stick to only one app because data can get mixed, leaving you with the wrong statistics. After I started working out, having a good diet, taking Bio Complete 3, I decided to use samsung health to help me with that, and by far, everything has been great, so I don't struggle with lack of features there.
