Post One UI 8 update the Dolby Atmos feature is removed from the Buds 2 Pro and 3 Pro and is replaced with 360 audio. Respectfully 360 audio is bad as it could get the audio quality is bad like the sound is playing in a bathroom. Kindly revert the Dolby Atmos like it was before in One UI 7. Before we could toggle Dolby Atmos while wearing Buds 2 Pro and it was applied globally and work in any app, now it is not working globally, togging doesn't seems to change the effect and now it only works with Apple Music. Cause Dolby Atmos had a clear and distinctive quality to the sound we request you to revert it back.

Feature request - AI automatic photo enhancement for Membership cards in Samsung Wallet

Hello Samsung One UI team,
Could you guys please consider implementing an option for AI photo clean up and sharpening of user submitted photos or camera images of Membership cards in Samsung Wallet.
The AI could fetch and compare mutliprk images from online of the same Membership card as well perform AI and Vectorisation Image clean up of the photos.

Feature request = A "skip alarm today" feature

Hello Samsung One UI team, currently and sadly there is no way to manually Skip a reoccuring alarm for today and skip the next day.

There should be a way to Skip an alarm for the day simply by clicking on the alarm tiles within the app.

For good example of this then please checkout an Android app called AlarmDroid

Feature request = SmartThings button screen and the ability to move the main button controls to bottom of screen in true One UI style. 


Hello Samsung SmartThings developers, I am truly surprised you guys have not yet implemented this basic UI /UX feature. It's a feature now available in many Web browser apps for Android and iOS in where the Web browser's address bar can be moved to the bottom of the screen. In that same fashion I would love for the main on/off button for SmartThings devices to be moved to the bottom of the screen for faster access.

Feature request: Battery Charging Timer on Lockscreen


Hi Samsung One UI Team, could we please have a cool option for a Timer and length of charge time along with summaries for each time we charge our Samsung mobile devices.

I would like an option for a basic stopwatch Timer to be displayed on the Lockscreen to show how long the charging has taken upon removing it from the charger (wired or qi wireless).

Feature Request - Saved filename templates list for the settings of Voice Recorder app

Team One UI, could you please add support for choosing different predefined filename templates. 

For example, rather than a jumbled up filename of "20250614" I'd like to be able to specificy that the month be written in text and that it reordered the other around such as "June 14 2025 - xxxx"

Please importantly add a predefined list to choose from in the settings of Voice Recorder. Thank you

Feature request - One UI on Tablets (Galaxy Tab) - Larger Font size made as Default

Hello Samsung Mobile, I have some positive feedback.

I really suggest you guys go with a BOLD and larger font for default One UI on tablets. It looks so much more visually impacting and cool.

Im only replying to this thread to say that i accidentally updated my phone to UI 7.0 and am extremely unhappy.

I want my search bar at the top,  i dont want a volume adjuster under my bightness, i dont want play music/media output, i dont want nearby devices, smart things, smart view or modes in my panel!

its MY phone. I want it to Work For me, not agianst me. It should look the way that I want! Themepark and goodlock can only go so far but this new notification panel? hate it.

the new user interface is hideous in my opinion. its only been 4 hours and im noticing new things that annoy me constantly. i used to love samsung(and android in general) because it was user friendly and customizeable, now i dont even want to look at it and am looking at buying a "DumbPhone".

Dear Samsung Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m a long-time Samsung user and a daily user of the Reminder app, which I find extremely useful. I believe a few additional features could make it even more powerful and flexible for productivity and everyday life.
Below is a detailed list of suggestions, each with an example to illustrate the use case:

• Drag/move reminders on calendar  – Allow reminders to be visually repositioned directly on the calendar to reschedule
→ Example: Drag a reminder from Tuesday to Wednesday without reopening and editing it manually or from 5p to 7 pm

• Simultaneous reminders – Prevent overlapping reminders from disappearing when triggered at the same time.
→ Example: If two reminders are set for 8:00 AM (“Meeting” and “Take vitamins”), both should appear and stay visible. Right now only the last one is shown.

• Bulk editing – Allow users to edit multiple reminders at once.
→ Example: Select several reminders and change their category or due date in one step. If miss 10 reminders for a day i have to change each manually. iOS has it.

• Persistent reminders – Option for reminders that stay on top of the screen until dismissed WITHOUT vibrating. not disappear after 3 min continuously buzzing , similar to an app called BZ Reminder.
→ Example: “Take medication at 8 am” should remain on screen until I manually mark it as done, as I might be busy or in the shower and need to see it after i finish. The "long " notification keeps vibrating which makes it annoying and forces you to dismiss even though you can't act on the reminder. iOS does that already


• Time and location triggers simultaneously – Allow a reminder to activate by both time and location, not just by time or place individually.
→ Example: “Buy fresh pastry” when near the pastry shop between 6 AM and 8 PM , or "Cofee with Mike" when near Ford office between 1 PM and 2 PM 

• Custom time range – Enable reminders to trigger within a flexible time window.
→ Example: “Call client” should alert anytime between 9:00–11:00 AM, not just at one of the fixed periods.

• Arriving/leaving logic or multiple locations – Support reminders for arrival, departure, on several locations.
→ Example: “Water the Plants” when arriving to the office, home and girlfriend's house

• Editing & Notes integration – Combine reminders with Samsung Notes for richer details.
→ Example: Attach or link a Note with meeting notes to a reminder titled “Prepare presentation.”

• Photos in reminders – Support unlimited photos or at least up to 20, with inline placement.
→ Example: Add multiple reference photos (e.g., receipts or items to buy) directly inside a reminder.

• Headphones speech detection vibration pause – Automatically delay vibration/ sound during active conversations via headphones.
→ Example: If I’m talking on a headset, the reminder buzz should wait until the conversation ends.


• All missed reminders view – Provide a dedicated list for missed reminders.
→ Example: Quickly review all reminders I missed instead of checking each past day.

• Connect/disconnect triggers (car, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) – Trigger reminders when connecting or disconnecting from different devices or networks
→ Example: “Open navigation app” when connecting to the car’s Bluetooth or “Turn off mobile data” when connecting to home Wi-Fi.

• Conditional logic (like Routines) – Add advanced “if/then” conditions to reminders.
→ Example: “If battery is below 30% and not charging, remind me to plug in.”

• Multiple car profiles – Create separate reminder profiles for different vehicles.
→ Example: “Check tire pressure” for one car and “Charge battery” for another.

• Wi-Fi connection condition – Trigger reminders when connecting to a specific Wi-Fi network.
→ Example: “Remind me to send reports” when connecting to office Wi-Fi.

These improvements would make Samsung Reminder one of the most versatile and intelligent task management tools on mobile devices.

Please incorporate an "every year" option within the existing modes and routines, alongside the current "every day," "every week," and "every month" selections. This functionality would be beneficial for scheduling annual events, such as a Christmas routine, that are not required throughout the entire year. We propose implementing this feature in a manner similar to SmartThings, as depicted in the provided screenshot, which allows for annual recurrence either on a specific date or within a defined date range.

Idea: Samsung DeX Dual display mode

If an external display + keyboard + any other external control device (ex. mouse, controller, digitizing pad) is connected to the phone (by Bluetooth or wired connection), the phone will enter dual display mode wherein you can use both your phone's screen  and the DeX UI at the same time.

Options:

- DeX UI on the external display and One UI on the phone display

- DeX UI on both displays

I finally updated to the new OneUI and I absolutely hate the search bar at the bottom in the apps drawer. I don't use the search bar ever and it makes no sense to have something I don't use at the bottom where I can more easily touch the screen. This just moved the apps further away from my reach. Please allow us to choose where the search bar goes.

Also, give us the option to have a horizontal app drawer that's sorted alphebetically. I shouldn't have to do a stupid folder trick to sort my apps alphabetically while in a horizontal layout.

I switched to Samsung because it was customizable, but at this rate I'm looking at my other options.
