Speech to Text Formatting for Samsung Notes app on A10

Is there a way to format my text in Notes app with voice commands? 

When I had an iPhone, in Notes I could say

"this is stuff I want in text".

[ New Paragraph] or [New Line] (I would actually say this)

And the following speech to text would appear in a new paragraph or on a new line.  I cannot figure out how to do this with Samsung Notes.
