Some of my apps dont work

I was in and out of apps as I usually do, logged into my PayPal by mistake so closed it and pressed my Halifax but every time I pressed it nothing happened. Went on a few different apps and also did the same. I managed to get on my Halifax by uninstaling and adding again but it's done it again. Please help is my phone compromised because is seems to be apps with extra security or am I being paranoid 

EDIT...... if you go to Google play and uninstall webview it should sort itself out. Worked for me 🙂

samsung mail app failing on phone since yesterday keeps closing. I've reinstalled but no difference. any ideas

same thing happening to me but with an A51. First train app, second BBC I player, now Google mail. I uninstall the first two and re installed them with success. Why is this happening?

Uninstall - Android System Webview - and all will be fixed. I couldn't even get in here to seek help. All my apps are working as they should after uninstalling. Samsung ran an update yesterday and it messed up everything.

do what I've done seems to have worked for me
go to settings
then apps
find android Web view
disable and uninstall
