Some of my apps dont work

I was in and out of apps as I usually do, logged into my PayPal by mistake so closed it and pressed my Halifax but every time I pressed it nothing happened. Went on a few different apps and also did the same. I managed to get on my Halifax by uninstaling and adding again but it's done it again. Please help is my phone compromised because is seems to be apps with extra security or am I being paranoid 

EDIT...... if you go to Google play and uninstall webview it should sort itself out. Worked for me 🙂

Go into your app store look for app called system webviewer, un install it. Attached is name of the app to un install

I noticed a few apps crashing this morning, also on social media platforms, any links embedded to another website would crash the app.

Have tried restarting phone and now all apps from Outlook to Insta are crashing on startup

Not fixed, update still 12th March, so left it uninstalled to old version for now.

got this problem too with two apps Samsung daily and yahoo. whats going on??

Uninstall the android system webview back to factory settings....worked for me.
Settings..Apps...Android System Webview..3dots back to factory settings....

all of my app keep crashing too, not just social media, all of them that weren't pre installed
