Some of my apps dont work

I was in and out of apps as I usually do, logged into my PayPal by mistake so closed it and pressed my Halifax but every time I pressed it nothing happened. Went on a few different apps and also did the same. I managed to get on my Halifax by uninstaling and adding again but it's done it again. Please help is my phone compromised because is seems to be apps with extra security or am I being paranoid 

EDIT...... if you go to Google play and uninstall webview it should sort itself out. Worked for me 🙂

same here. All applications updated. latest software update 1st march. tried uninstalling problem apps and reinstalling but no joy

go on playstore and find samsung webview there should be an update for it.

mine is the same. I've restarted and turned my phone in and off and nothing and my phone is up to date with updates etc

I did that too, I had to go on pkaystore and update samsung webview. it worked for me.

people are saying to uninstall the webview app as its causing the crash.. going to give it a go myself now
