I have always had great luck using Smart Switch to link/sync between my Samsung Galaxy and Outlook but this time i have upgraded my Galaxy to the Flip 4 and nothing works as before. 😞
This should be very simple to get everything working smoothly but really have had 3 or 4 days of trouble
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get everything working smoothly and as one so that i can get my Contact and Calendar to syc nicely between my phone and computer?

BTW, can't even change the syncing direction between the phone and computer. (last photo)
