Hi, I am trying to add card to the Samsung wallet which I was able to do easily on my old phone, however when I go to add my billing address, when I try to press next it does not take me to the next stage so it's not letting me add the card. Its pops up very quickly that its verifying the card but then does nothing.(I have deleted my card off my old phone, so it's not that). Thank you!

Hi there, @Members_6RlMFcc, and thanks for posting this. Just so I can get a better idea of how this issue is presenting for you, please can you let me know which of our phones you are using?

Additionally, have you confirmed that your payment card is still supported by Samsung Wallet?:

Hi yes it's a Samsung galaxy s22 5g, and I will check now thank you!

I've just checked and it should be as its a regular debit card

Ah, I see. I appreciate you checking, @Members_6RlMFcc. Are you able to proceed after restarting your S22 and clearing the Samsung Wallet cache (and then accessing the app to add your card)?:

Yes thankyou I'll try this, I don't know if would be to do with me transferring all my data from my old phone to new as I've only just started using this phone yesterday!

I had this issue when I tried to reactivate my Halifax debit card as Halifax stopped supporting Samsung wallet and reduced to just apple pay and Google wallet. Existing cards will work but it won't let you re add or add new cards when you upgrade or get a new debit card. You normally get a verification message when this happens. I called the Halifax customer care and they explained and said other banks are going down a similar route. I presume it's a cost saving issue for the bank. I'm using Google pay for now. Samsung need to talk to the banks and draw up some agreements. I actually preferred Samsung wallet but it wasn't compatible with my bank. Hope this helps
