Hiya, I have the same phone and use samsung wallet, but I've not come across this problem myself, maybe a restart of your device. May sort it. Or if that doesn't work, try going to settings, then go to apps the scroll down to samsung wallet, and clear data. If it doesn't work. Then, the only other thing I can suggest is to un entail the banking app to turn off your phone. Then, reinstall the application. That should clear it up
Hi, that's not necessarily an error per se, it's just checking. If it's permanently checking for availability and you're stuck on that screen, then that could be due to a few factors. Where are you based. UK or outside of UK?
