But I required a refund unfortunately I didn't have my debit card on me but they said they were happy to refund via Samsung pay contactless. This was back on the 25th October and I still don't have the refund in bank. What could be the issue and how long does it take?
I would say wait until tomorrow and if the refund has still not been issued, contact the hotel/Samsung and they should be happy to come to a solution 🙂. Hope this helps! 😀
I'm now thinking samsung might have it on hold on the funds on the digital card as it wasn't paid by contactless thus the original debit card, so I may need to call and explain and hopefully get the funds released onto my debit card !
