It's now 2020, half a decade since Samsung announced Samsung Pay is coming to Ireland.
Can someone at Samsung make an effort pushing this up to some decision maker?
If you'd buy a Samsung smart watch you can't use any sort of mobile payment service. If you buy a cheap Chinese brand you get mobile payment with Google Pay. Why should I replace my Galaxy Watch Active with a Samsung alternative when those are my options?

Wear OS watches also do not support Google Pay in Ireland. Blocked by location, so if you travel to Spain or UK it works just fine, but if you're in Ireland, then no luck.

Same here,
apart of getting ripped off by Samsung paying top dollar for subpar phones cpu (exynos) compared to other countries getting superior Snapdragon, SamsungPay still doesnt work in Ireland... so decided to jump the ship and pre-order iphone 13 pro max, next step is going to be apple watch (if they decide to make one which actually looks like a watch)
Bye Samsung
