Samsung Pay gear 3

Hi community,

I have recently bought a Gear s3 and I have a Huawei p20 lite, the watch works great and I love it BUT the Samsung pay won't work!? I have tried down loading it and it won't install form the paly store and when I long hold the back button for Samsung pay my phone pops up with "can't install, try again later". Any fixes much appreciated?

Hi @vdbbilly

Try clearing your cache and data in the apps that are relevant.

As long as the Samsung Gear App works on your phone it should all be good to go.

Also does anything in this help How to use Samsung Pay on the Gear S3 without a Samsung phone.

If not then there should be a way to report bugs from within the app itself.

That and there might be another forum for other users of that phone who have found a workaround.

Really would love to get the payment system set up on my gear S3 but no luck 😞

My phone is Huweii P8 light, runs samsung gear perfectly etc etc. In the gear app, however, there is no samsung pay under settings. Also can't seem to download it onto any of my devices.

What I have seemed to do is set up a credit card in my google account. I thought I set one up in the gear app as well, but cant find that setting now anymore.

Any help?
