@guchenox Noticed some in the US had this issue on wifi but for some it was resolved using Mobile Data.
However a few other Fixes you can try in addition to restarting such as:
- Update Samsung Pass
- Clear cache of the Samsung Pass app
- Close & re-Close and reopen the Samsung Pass app
- Run Samsung Pass in Safe mode
- Enable and disable Samsung Pass
- Uninstall and reinstall the Samsung Pass app
