Samsung Notes search function FEATURE

I would like you to update Samsung Notes so that when searching for notes, the folders in which they are contained also appear.

For example:

1. The note "bread" is contained in the folder "recipes".

2. I search for "bread" in the Notes search bar

3. Both the note "bread" and the folder "recipes" are found

Do you think this is possible?

I have about 300 notes divided into 100 folders, and every time I have to remember which folder each one is in... it's really complicated.

@luke514: When you use the search function in the Notes app, the name of the folder that the note is stored in will appear beneath the note title in the search results. So, you should see the title of the note in bold, the date it was created below, and the folder it's stored in highlighted in grey to the right of the creation date. Tapping on the highlighted grey folder will take you to the folder itself, displaying its contents.

As this is a customer to customer forum Samsung likely won't see your suggestion.

Please go to Samsung Members App, Support, Feedback and pop your question there so the developers may consider it.

Note - no guarantees that it will change, you've simply asked a question. If the developers do take it on, it won't be instant either.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

You're absolutely right, I realized I hadn't updated the app to the latest version.

Thanks
