Samsung notes on win 10/11

Can't install "samsung notes" on win 10/11 even with cmd. 

(Verifying/Requesting package acquisition failed: server error)

Does any one know how to deal with it?

Funnily enough I just did that today on my Windows 11 laptop. I followed the instructions given by a poster in the Microsoft Store. Did it thru the command window and it went in first time.
