Samsung keyboard-what a stupid bug!

I can't turn off capital first letter in first  word no matter what I changed that settings, I cleared cache, reseted keyboard settings,  restarted  phone, but can not get first lowercase letter, Samsung keyboard automatically replace lowercase letter in capital on first word in sentence or row. No helping turn off predictive text either. No help turn off smart suggestions,  nothing. 

I NEED LOWERCASE FIRST LETTER SOMETIMES AND I HAVE NO CHOICE TO USE IT BECAUSE SAMSUNG KEYBOARD AUTOMATICALLY TURNS IT IN CAPITAL! WHAT A STUPID BUG!

What's the point of settings if they can't be changed?

should be able to just tap the arrow key on the left of the keyboard
just tap it twice and it does lower case

no, first lowercase letter works only in messages apps, here and nowhere else. why works here?

Have you tried Keyboard settings > More typing options and Auto capitalise?

I don't seem to have any issues per se.
