Hi @BobFoard, if the purchases were made in the Galaxy Store, please contact the Samsung Galaxy Store Team for assistance with this. They can be contacted via the help link in the Galaxy Store app, which you can find by going into the app > 3 lines in top left > Settings toggle in top right > About Galaxy Store > The link to find is http://help.content.samsung.com.
If the apps were purchased in the Google Play Store > Tap on your icon in top right > Help & feedback > Request a refund on Google Play.
