Samsung Health

I cannot access Samsung Health on my Phone - I get an error message - ACCESS DENIED Unathorised changes were made to your phone.  Contact customer Services for more info (0x04#0xEx1#0ffc60666n2730).  Sent error message to Customer ser ices, but no reply.  Have to add that Samsung Health still works on my Galaxy Watch ....

I have the same problem. Everything is officiall. Can you please help, indicate a person suitable to do it or tell me how can I fix it.

I have contacted Samsung several times without any solution and very little help and no my phone is not rooted, I have found many have the same problem. thankfully a smart person at XDA forums has fixed the problem for everyone. You can search it out on the forums.

Me aparece erros y que Samsung Heath se detuvo porque se hicieron cambios inválidos de la cuenta, ahora no puedo enlazar mi cuenta en la aplicación

My note 8 status is official but still this error is occuring.

Samsung Health may be unable if your mobile device has been subjected to any other unauthorized changes, modifications, or software. How can i fix it?
