Can anyone help with Samsung Health Data not syncing with Samsung Cloud. It appears to work on the phone but when I go online it is not there. I want to move to a new phone and it won't transfer the data from my old app

On your old phone, is the sync turned on? Does it sync when you click on Sync Now?
Is the new phone connected to the same Samsung account, and is the sync turned on? When you click on Sync now in the new phone, does any happen?
And Sync using is on WiFi or mobile data?

Hey.
Could you help me solve an issue or guide how to push on Samsung developers? They are not answering in a play market.
The issue happened after upgrade of GW4 in Janof25 I think.
I've used ESIM model and usually data has been synced over the cloud of my Samsng accaunt. I never used bluetooth between S21 and GW4 for sync health data, because lazy and Samsung watches memory is too small and cannot support more then 5 days rate. After that the first day will be removed: either stupidity or greed or lack of understanding of how to archive the captured data, make partitions but God bless them.
Well, now I cannot sync the data over the cloud and if select the csync on s21 the only last minutes of Health could be synced but not all days history. Seems like no options now to sync GW4 with S21 separately.
The smart switch as well breaks the rules of capturing data from cutomer. In accordance with rules the customer must have an option for selection of personal data for syncing but not in this case. The sw requires all possible data for sync includes calls and voice messages. Otherwise, the GW or smartphone data never will be synced.
Its very simple to verify if you disable BT sync option and keep only mobile or wi-fi options. Collect 2-3 days data and then try to sync over the cloud.
Im considering different pushing options now: by official samsung bloggers, as example and got pre-agreement with some bloggers but maybe you've got solution for this trouble and Id be very grateful if someone shares it here.
Power saving and other required for sync options are configured correctly.
