Samsung health .cannot verify identify 5505

Hi, Samsung health app has not been updating, various error messages, restarted, cache cleared, reinstalled, WiFi is fine, now cannot verify my identity when trying to access together though all of my previous data is available. 

Does anyone know of any outages

Samsung have said no server issue but there obviously is

I have the same error. I tried clearing local data, rebooting, re-installing. Nothing helped so far.

Recovery mode and clearing cache partition/ reboot also fails to sort
