My samsung health app on my Samsung S22 Ultra does not allow me to join the monthly July Challenge nor let's me see June and previous months results. Every time I go to Join July, a pop up that says "samsung account changed." Pops up, which is weird because I have not changed my samsung account at all...anyone else having this issue?

I have same problem, also I hade few friends on samsung health app when we walk together and after updating all gone. Also I didn't change anything. Just system and application were updated.

Oh, yeah me too, just niticed my 20+ friends are also gone. Ughhh, they need to fix this asap.

Hi all, I did an uninstall of the app and reinstall. I made sure I had done a backup first and all my data has been restored and all seems to be working OK now 👍

Yes, problem solved, I am notnsure why nit didn't correct itself when ai uninstalled it yesterday, but I did it again, waited a few minutes and re installed it and it is restoring all my data and working fine now!

@Robin999 After reistalling the app, did it prompt you to update it? I did the same but now i am too worried to update it and go thru it all over again
