Dear team,
in our company we have several Samsung Devices enrolled using Android Enterprise Administration and the users have Office365 mailboxes.
Unfortunatly the users complain that the app Samsung Email randomly prompt for password but even entering the correct password, the app still asking the login and the only solution is to reconfigure the email client from scratch.
Using Outlook app all works fine.
Could you please assist or provide suggestion on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Same here, Just purchased a s22ultra and have this popping up every 15mins. Driving me loopy

Same here S23 Ultra. Just wont fetch any email from one of my email accounts without continually asking for the password which is already entered correctly in the set-up. Have already deleted and re-added the email once, and it still continues. I note that nobody from Samsung has answered this thread. Frustrated!!

Same for me. Samsung emails will not verify outlook account.

Yes I'm in talks with Microsoft as well because their Outlook app is trash and this is bugging the hell out of me. Worse yet I had one moron from MS support say "you will have to talk to Apple about your app". It seems to be an auth issue with MS, I de-authed my account for a bit to try a different TLD (.au instead of .id.au) and then changed it back as there was some issues and it's been a PITA ever since. It was working fine BEFORE I changed so I'm lost.

I'm having the same problem too. Been happening for about a week now. It's very annoying. The strange thing is, even though a notification appears, when I open the mail app, the password prompt appears but not for long enough to enter the password as it is quickly followed a blue (microsoft 364 type colour) screen which then closes almost as quick as is opens. Leaving the emails showing and accessible as normal. Very strange behaviour.

Same issue here and it is only 2 out of 4 365 accounts and same. Click into the password field and then the emails appear until about an hour later when it pops up again.
