Dear team,
in our company we have several Samsung Devices enrolled using Android Enterprise Administration and the users have Office365 mailboxes.
Unfortunatly the users complain that the app Samsung Email randomly prompt for password but even entering the correct password, the app still asking the login and the only solution is to reconfigure the email client from scratch.
Using Outlook app all works fine.
Could you please assist or provide suggestion on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Same here, Just purchased a s22ultra and have this popping up every 15mins. Driving me loopy

Same here S23 Ultra. Just wont fetch any email from one of my email accounts without continually asking for the password which is already entered correctly in the set-up. Have already deleted and re-added the email once, and it still continues. I note that nobody from Samsung has answered this thread. Frustrated!!
