my old device broke hence me having to buy a new one. i wasnt too unhappy about it though as i had recently saved everything to my samsung cloud, however it turns out i literally cannot get any of my data because in order to access your samsung cloud on a new device you must first verify by using an old one. ? are you insane? how does this make sense? my old one is literally broken ! so ive been searching and searching for ways to fix this problem and have come accross nothing. is there really no other way?
