My S22 ultra got picked up for repair last Wednesday with a cracked screen and back. Still heard nothing. Last time I used them, same device and problems, I got my phone back on the Sunday after them again picking it up on the Wednesday (5 days) Anyone else suffering from long waits? This seems ridiculous now. No main phone and I leave the country Saturday.

Well I sent my flip back & on the chat it did say could be 11 days before it comes back

When did they say that? Can't believe it! Am supposed to be off travelling on Saturday, can't leave without my phone 😅

Mine was sent off on the 10th and I got it back yesterday.

When I was chatting to support but I think it's coming back tomorrow only went on Sunday but it was only the screen protector that went on my flip 3

Nice! That's basically the same return time I had with my first claim. Genuinely have no idea why it's taking so long this time. Fully hope it gets sorted in time

Last time it was my fold 3 it took 3 weeks to sort it
& they said it was a screen protector but it looked like the screen to me
