It common practice I'm afraid. That's why I don't buy anything direct from them.

Nope not with the S21 Ultra, my orders arrived perfectly on time (I preordered 2). However I'm having terrible service when it comes to my order of the Tab S7 Plus, been 2 weeks since I placed my order and now I've been told to wait another 2 weeks more.
