I can't make calls or access internet but sky has charged me over £400 for roaming

Just turn off your data if your travelling simple fix! And why have your left your Gmail address on post do you need help or something with the bill ?

- Switch off data roaming on your handset under data settings.
- Turn off data when out of country.
- Get Sky to remove Data Roaming as being an option on your account (or if its like EE then you can switch it off in the app)
