Try using recovery software on a PC (research reliable, trustworthy ones to download), connect your phone via cable and hopefully, you should be able to recover deleted footage from your device 😀. Hope this helps! 🙂

@skippy1981, Deleted audio from Samsung Recorder app can be found in trash. Have you looked there ?
