@piglet71: Can you try going to Settings > General Management > Reset > Auto Restart, and switch this feature off if it's active? If this isn't applicable, restart the phone in Safe Mode and monitor the performance, as this will disable all third party apps, and help to determine if the issue is stemming from an external source. To proceed, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off. If you notice an improvement, restart the phone as you would normally and remove any third party apps from the device. Sadly it isn't possible to verify which app is responsible, therefore a process of elimination will be required. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
