The main topic is "request to fix the Samsung Kurdish keyboard letter layout problem".
I want to report a problem with the Samsung keyboard. The purpose of sending this feedback is to improve the keyboard performance of Samsung phones, also millions of users are facing this problem and they are waiting for you to fix it.
I use Samsung Kurdish keyboard. Unfortunately, the arrangement of the letters of this keyboard is non-standard and irregularly designed. This problem is not caused by a defect in the software of my phone, but it is related to Samsung not taking care of the official Samsung Kurdish keyboard.
Since I don't want to use the keyboards available in Google Play, I request the Samsung support team to pay attention to this important issue and correct the mistakes in the order of the letters of the Kurdish keyboard. Please forward this request to the relevant team as soon as possible to resolve the keyboard software issues.
See the photo of the correct layout of the Samsung Kurdish keyboard. Please make the necessary changes in the Samsung Kurdish keyboard according to the image.

Hi,
The current Samsung Keyboard for Kurdish (Sorani) is a latin (English) based keyboard. This layout is used for the physical (laptop & computer) keybords that does not have the Kurdish letter stickers on it, so the users press the Enlish letters which is converted to the Kurdish Sorani letter on the screen according to the pronounciation of the letter.
However, since the smart phone keyboards show the exact letter on keyboard with the one that is on the screen, there is no need for the English-based keyboard layout.
The most suitable layout for Kurdish (Sorani) is the Arabic-Based Keyboard that is shown in the link below. This layout is standard and prefered by Kurdish Sorani speakers and easiest one to type.
In this link, you can also find the exact Unicode information of each letter.
