Request for atleast a little One UI Update on Older Flagship Models

just want to say how much I appreciate the Galaxy lineup and the way One UI has grown over the years. The software keeps getting smoother, smarter, and more user-friendly it really makes Galaxy phones stand out.

As a long-time Galaxy fan, I’ve noticed how even entry-level models like the Galaxy A05 are already enjoying One UI 7, which is amazing progress. It made me think about some of the older flagship devices, like the Galaxy S9 up to the S21. These phones were ahead of their time in hardware and performance, and many of them still run beautifully today.

It feels like a missed opportunity that they’re locked on older One UI versions. With their powerful hardware, they could definitely handle more of the modern UI features. Updating them would not only give fans a fresh experience, but also highlight how much Samsung values the longevity of its flagship devices.

Even if it’s not a full feature set, just extending a few One UI improvements would mean a lot to us fans who still love and use these classics.

Apple have excellent customer support  in my country.  Even Google have better support than Samsung (for subscribers, free users never get live Google support, but subscribers can expect Google respond next day after submitting problems

I guess the fact I've rarely if ever used Samsung customer support speaks volumes about the level of their product reliability to me.

Are you downplaying the numerous complaints from Samsung Members that have been posted here?

If you didn't have any problems, don't underestimate other Samsung Members because many did have problems and no support from Samsung.

Not at all and my last statement doesn't suggest that at all. I agree CS is terrible with Samsung, as I already said so before.

Let's face it, although many things about Apple phones are of superior quality but these have been paid for many times over, whether one had a mobile or not, by such things like successive models designed deliberately so every component were for that model and no other. The jobs of millions lost to cheaper workers in other countries and in the main vast profits given to a minority. One shining exception, Norway, created a national wealth fund from their own north Sea oil profits, bow worth trillions and there to care for an ageing population amongst just one of the many predictable future trends. While the UK for one didn't and allowed an Australian to build media empire very happy to promote trickle down economics and reap the benefits while using his monopoly to rubbish the unemployed and blame it on the unions. But I digress, Apple had to be almost dragged kicking and screaming to agree to EU demands to cease many of their sharp practices, like warranties at risk if you tried to fix your iPhone yourself, even if you did discover the disappointment of even the battery connector incompatible from another iPhone model. Isn't it about time, heresy warning, in our consumer society squandering precious resources while felling annually thousands of square miles of rainforest and the immense ring of pine forest from Alaska to Europe in the search for what remains for mining companies to use opencast while destroying complete habitats and the extinction of species daily, some before they'd even been discovered, well, it's too uneconomic to mine the old fashioned way for 'investors' tastes. We should be producing new products with the main component of design being the utility to update and replace without an advertising industry dedicated to convincing the general public of their inadquacies for not owning the latest basically the same product in a different shape or colour. I'm sorry if this all seems the ravings of a madman or just beyond the imaginations of some to contemplate a different world. Perhaps something to do with our Increasingly divided nations, some would rather have us at each other's throats than working toward a better world for our ancestors and all the other species too.
I like my Samsung refurbished A13 but will probably jailbreak it, it runs on Linux anyway but this doesn't mean iPhone users can't do the sane. Kind regards to all.
