How many gigabytes of ram should you get for a phone? I think 6gb of ram should be the minimum because of the demand for more memory on apps and others, I you want a flagship phone, then I think you should get atleast a minimum of 8gb but if you are on a budget then 6gb would be the best because it can do many things without crashing or getting slow and 4gb is getting more slow and slow

Agreed, I'm saying this because I'm a 4gb user and only 1 gb of ram left even after freeing up space😭1737835338986.jpg

It's also going to be stopping background apps of quicker. This will cause them to take longer to open.

If you move away from Samsung alot of other manufacturers are putting 12gb in mid range high spec phones cheaper than Samsung, also most S phones are coming with 16gb , move from Samsung if budgets an issues or you don't wanna spend lots on a phone , so many good higher spec phones out there ...

In my opinion 4-6gb is wayyyyy to low for any device. 8-12gb is a good amount for me

Personally I view flagship S and Z Series should have a minimum of 12, especially with all the new functionality for AI coming.

For A series, 6 or 8gb.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
