Removing stolen phone from Samsung account

Recently my Samsung A02 was stolen. I have replaced it with an A13. I have associated my new phone with my Samsung account, but how do I remove the stolen phone from my account? For some account-related procedures, I'm expected to enter a verification code that has been sent to the stolen phone. This is clearly absurd and impossible; but I cannot see any way to remove the stolen phone rom my account. I wouldn't be surprised if removing it required me to enter a code that had been sent to it!

Thanks

Allan

Hi,

Login to https://account.samsung.com/ and go to Security > Two-factor authentication > Send code to devices and remove the phone that you lost, from here. Toggle on the option for your new phone (if not already done so).

If it asks for a password, then this is the password of your Samsung account.

For some reason, if it does ask for a code which you are not able to provide, then it is best to contact Samsung Support. They might be able to change the settings/update details in your account.
